摘要: Alkoholkonsum und Alkoholfolgekrankheiten spielen in Industrielandern eine bedeutende Rolle. Im Bereich der kardiovaskularen Erkrankungen mus man zwischen moglichen positiven Effekten von Alkohol auf die kardiovaskulare Mortalitat negativen Einflussen wie zum Beispiel dem Entstehen Kariomyopathien unterscheiden. folgenden Kapitel werden epidemiologischen Daten bezuglich Erkrankungen, sowie klinische experimentelle Untersuchungen Einflus das Herz-Kreislaufsystem dargestellt diskutiert.
