摘要: This paper presents a method for lossy compression of digital video data by parametric line and Natural cubic spline approximation. The estimates the variation pixel values in temporal dimension taking group pixels together as keyblocks interpolating them Euclidean space. Break fit criterion is used to minimize number required encoding decoding approximated data. Each at fixed spatial location encoded/decoded independently. proposed can easily be incorporated existing techniques based on Discrete Cosine Transform or Wavelet Transform.
