摘要: Publisher Summary A fundamental problem encountered while using polymer solid phase in immunoassays is non-specific protein adsorption from blood or serum. Grafting of functionalized poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) to microparticles and planar quartz surface induces resistance. In this chapter, we review several methods PEG modification micro- nanoparticles discuss the behavior non-ionic polymers at solid/liquid interfaces. We have demonstrated that coated with can be used as a immunoassays, both for immobilization antibodies presentation various antigens. also devised convenient method grafting monolayers surfaces.
