摘要: Abstract A study of the chromatographic behavior different endo-1,4-β-glucanases on separation media and a comparison their adsorption cellulose has made it possible to suggest that hydrophobic interaction is principal force affecting endoglucanases with polysaccharidic ligands. The hypothesis consistent other relevant results available in literature.
