摘要: Background: Self-measurement of blood pressure is a priority strategy for managing pressure. Objective: The aim this study was to evaluate the reliability and validity heart rate following European Society Hypertension’s international validation protocol, as measured with QardioArm, fully automatic, noninvasive wireless monitor mobile app. Methods: A total 100 healthy volunteers older than 25 years from general population Ciudad Real, Spain, participated in test-retest two measurement sessions separated by 5 7 days. In each session, seven systolic pressure, diastolic assessments were taken, alternating between devices. test device QardioArm previously validated criterion Omron M3. Sessions took place at single site an evaluation room that maintained appropriate temperature kept free noises distractions. Results: displayed very consistent readings both within across (intraclass correlation coefficients=0.80-0.95, standard errors measurement=2.5-5.4). measurements corresponded closely those (r>.96) mean values devices nearly identical. easily passed all standards set Hypertension International Protocol. Conclusions: app has it can be used major error.
