Effects of Sb or Sn Addition on Precipitation of the High-TcSuperconducting Phase from Rapidly Quenched Bi-Pb-Ca-Sr-Cu-O Glasses

摘要: High-Tc superconductors were prepared from rapidly quenched Bi1.6Pb0.4M0.1Ca2Sr2Cu3Ox (M=Sb or Sn) glasses. It was found that the addition of Sb Sn gave different effects on precipitation 110 K phase The added samples, crystallized phases which mainly composed phase, showed Tc value 103 and Jc 300 A/cm2 (at 77 K). On other hand, samples exhibited both higher (110 K) (3000 at in spite smaller volume fraction phase.
