摘要: Thermal exfoliation, as an effective and easily scalable method, was widely used to produce graphene (GE). In order prevent the severe stacking of GE sheets after thermal exfoliation process, a facile technique solve this problem through barrier effect carbon nanotubes (CNTs). Two kinds CNTs with different aspect ratios (AR) were taken prepare CNTs–GE hybrids using technique, then AR (namely CNTs-L for low CNTs-H high AR) in on performance silicone rubber (SR) composites investigated. The results indicate that presence can effectively impede are dispersed uniformly SR matrix. With addition hybrids, resulted exhibit greatly improved electrical properties, especially filled CNTs-H–GE hybrid. At content 3.0 wt%, volume resistivity CNTs-H–GE/SR composite is 5 × 104 Ω cm (about 10 orders magnitude decrease compared pure SR). And conductivity increases by 78% SR. But CNTs-L–GE/SR composite, corresponding values 3 106 59%, respectively. terms stability, containing 1.0 wt% hybrid exhibits maximum improvement initial degradation temperature (419 °C) (393 (365 °C).
