摘要: Bovine colostrum is well known for its large content of bioactive components and importance neonatal survival. Unfortunately, the proteome complicated by a wide dynamic range, because few dominating proteins that hamper sensitivity coverage achieved on low abundant proteins. Moreover, composition complex are located within different physical fractions make up colostrum. To gain more exhaustive picture bovine gather information protein location, we performed an extensive pre-analysis fractionation prior to 2D-LC-MS/MS analysis. Physical chemical properties were used alone or in combination separation ELISA was quantify verify presence In total, 403 identified nonfractionated (NF) seven (F1-F7) using six techniques. Fractionation contributed with 69 additional fluid phase compared NF. Different techniques each resulted detection unique subsets Whey production high-speed centrifugation most Hence, prefractionation analysis expanded our knowledge location
