摘要: Numerous studies have investigated the prevalence and risk factors of hand eczema in general population. These are high value as they tend to be less biased than using clinical populations important for healthcare decision makers when allocate resources. This study aimed review epidemiology Literature was examined Pubmed-Medline, Biosis, Science Citation Index, dermatology text books. On basis performed between 1964 2007, point around 4%, 1-year nearly 10%, whereas lifetime reached 15%. Based on seven studies, median incidence rate 5.5 cases/1000 person-years (women = 9.6 men 4.0). A associated with female sex, contact allergy, atopic dermatitis, wet work. Atopic dermatitis single most factor eczema. Hand resulted medical consultations 70%, sick leave (> 7 days) about 20%, job change 10%. Mean time longer among those allergic irritant Moderate severe extension strongest persistence Other included early onset childhood The aetiology is multifactorial includes environmental well genetic factors. Future should focus unresolved areas eczema, example, predisposition.
