摘要: This case report describes a pregnancy in patient with autosomal-dominant adult polycystic kidney disease and congenital hepatic fibrosis, very rare problematic combination. In particular, hypertension renal dysfunction caused problems during this pregnancy. Peritoneal dialysis became necessary.
