摘要: This review covers the molecular mechanisms involved in hair cell and hearing losses which can result from trauma generated during process of cochlear implantation contributions both intrinsic extrinsic death signaling pathways producing these trauma/inflammation induced losses. Application soft surgical techniques to conserve protect auditory sensory cells surgery insertion electrode array are reviewed discussed. The role drug therapy mode delivery for conservation a implant patient's residual is presented
