摘要: Abstract Recent trends in the design and analysis of large scale wind excited structures, such as tall buildings, are towards performance-based strategies. This is partly due to success these types frameworks fields seismic engineering ever growing computational power at disposal engineers. While there tremendous interest developing appropriate tools for engineering, a simple transfer methods from not possible inherently complex nature exciting mechanism. The successive optimization structural system further leap forward that should be tackled simultaneously if problems practical interest, often characterized by thousands performance constraints, solved. In this paper component-wise framework proposed, based on concept directional fragility model rigorously combines building aerodynamics climatological information. An efficient reliability-based scheme then decoupling traditionally nested loop reliability carried out through proposed framework. decoupled problem solved defining series approximate explicit sub-problems terms second order response statistics constrained functions.
