摘要: Abstract Recent trends in the design and analysis of large scale wind excited structures, such as tall buildings, are towards performance-based strategies. This is partly due to success these types frameworks fields seismic engineering ever growing computational power at disposal engineers. While there tremendous interest developing appropriate tools for engineering, a simple transfer methods from not possible inherently complex nature exciting mechanism. In this paper component-wise framework proposed, based on concept directional fragility model rigorously combines building aerodynamics climatological information. An efficient reliability-based scheme then decoupling traditionally nested loop reliability carried out through proposed framework. decoupled problem solved defining series approximate explicit sub-problems terms second order response statistics constrained functions.
