A facile synthesis, structural and triple-luminescence properties of a novel fluoroperovskite RbCaF3: Sm3+ phosphor for radiation dosimetry and orange-red LED applications

摘要: Abstract Polycrystalline compounds of Rubidium Calcium Fluoride doped with samarium were synthesized by conventional high temperature solid state reaction method. Phase purity the title compound was analyzed PXRD study. The presence functional groups has been identified FTIR. morphology as-synthesized phosphor FE-SEM. Presence metal ions confirmed using EDAX sharp PL emission obtained at 599 nm under excitations 402 nm and 469 nm. luminescence decay profile time analysed. Commission Internationale del’Eclairage (CIE) chromaticity coordinates Sm3+ RbCaF3 found to be 0.495 0.483. thermoluminescence property X-ray irradiated RbCaF3:0.6Sm3+ TL reader. glow curve peak originated 258° C. Order kinetics, activation energy, symmetry factor frequency calculated Chen’s X-ray-induced recorded corresponding dominant is 603 nm.
