摘要: The effects of a 3-day test an occlusion dressing the forearm on resident flora skin, relative skin-moisture and skin-pH were studied in 26 male female volunteers. geometrical mean values coagulase-negative Staphylococci Corynebacterium species increased five four logs decreased 1 day post only two logs. Relative from 20% to 75% under 5% 24h after removal. Skin-pH 4.9 7.1 pH 5.2. Investigations should be made, if influence external, not antimicrobial active agents, is examined, because changes substrate can cause, secondary flora.
