Produção de plantas transgênicas de café resistentes ao herbicida glufosinato de amônio

摘要: Plantas transgenicas de Coffea canephora P. resistentes ao herbicida glufosinato amonio foram regeneradas a partir explantes foliares cocultivados com Agrobacterium tumefaciens EHA105 contendo o plasmidio pCAMBIA3301, que contem os genes bar e uidA ambos sob controle do promotor 35S ou pIBI3 (3300 gene da ACC oxidase, antisenso) ainda bombardeados pCAMBIA3301. Embriogenese somatica direta foi induzida no meio ¼ dos macros metade micronutrientes MS, constituintes orgânicos B5 30 g.L 1 sacarose, suplementado 5mM N 6 ? (2isopentenil) adenina (2iP) 10 mM para selecao embrioes transgenicos putativos. A presenca integracao confirmados pelas analises PCR Southern blot. As plantas pulverizadas 1600 mg.L Finale como ingrediente ativo, nao apresentaram sintomas toxidez, mantiveram coloracao continuaram crescendo normalmente na aclimatacao ex vitro.
