摘要: A comparison of the effects noradrenaline and 6-fluoronoradrenaline has been made at several peripheral sympathetic neuroeffector junctions. In rat vas deferens preparation in presence 1 μM cocaine, 6-fluoronor-adrenaline was found to be about 9 times more potent than as an agonist presynaptic inhibitory α2-adrenoceptors. rabbit aorta, had approximately one tenth potency stimulating postsynaptic α1-adrenoceptors. Furthermore 6-fluoronoradrenaline, contrast previous reports, appears a substrate for neuronal uptake process since exposure cocaine potentiated inhibition twitch response by 6-fluoronoradrenaline. addition, increased spontaneous outflow radioactivity from pulmonary artery strips prelabelled with 3H-noradrenaline this increase blocked (30μM).
