摘要: Conventionally, Butter is prepared by hand in butter churns. It a time consuming and wearisome process. The suggested practice focuses automating the separation process, so that can be done less with increased efficiency, without use of any chemicals or enzymes. inputs given to prototype milk outputs are Skimmed milk, Buttermilk Butter. procedure automated using microcontroller Arduino Uno. Microcontroller provided for controlling timing setting cream, valve operation, operating agitator etc. A cleaning mechanism also ensure hygiene safety users. Communication between model consumer prearranged its user friendliness.
