摘要: We report a rare case of primary small cell carcinoma the breast. A 44-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with mass in her left Fine-needle biopsy revealed neuroendocrine differentiation resembling lung. Systemic computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) no site lung or any other organ. modified radical mastectomy removal axillary lymph node (Bt + Ax, R2) performed. Histological examination that tumor composed round oval cells large nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio. The were positive for markers such as synaptophysin, CD56, neuron-specific enolase (NSE), but negative thyroid transcription factor1 (TTF-1), leukocyte common antigen (LCA), estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone (PR). Interestingly, lacked immunoreactivity epithelial markers, including cytokeratin AE1/3, CAM5.2, membrane (EMA). patient given adjuvant chemotherapy metastasis. There signs recurrence 22 months after surgery.
