摘要: Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in microorganisms has been attributed to integrons, which have the ability capture antimicrobial gene cassettes and express them their hosts. 170 strains of Vibrio spp. were isolated from Lima (Peru) seawater samples identified by biochemical tests PCR. AMR profiles generated using 15 standard antibiotics. The presence class 1, 2 3 integrons Superintegron these also investigated Ten species with V. alginolyticus most frequent. All resistant antibiotics, especially penicillin group. No norfloxacin or tetracycline was observed. Class not found, only one containing mutT cholerae L22 strain. This indicated that is related as mentioned previously can be reservoirs genes marine environments.
