摘要: Features of pharmacological and metabolic sensitivity potassium outward current dependent on the presence Ca ions in intracellular solution\((I_{K(Ca_{out} )} )\) were investigated. Verapamil was found to produce depression accelerated inactivation this current. The blocking action verapamil intensifies with an increase extracellular concentration calcium ions. Functioning of\((I_{K(Ca_{out} channels depends processes. Current level declined during perfusion neuron artificial saline. Reducing temperature perfusing solution 10°C produced a similar result. This decline could be avoided by introducing 2 mM ATP 3 Mg into solution; decay actually reversed application exogenous protein kinase C. Polymyxin B (10−4 M), C blocker, depressed component Ca2+. Mechanisms possibly underlying Ca2+ on\((I_{K(Ca_{out} via phosphatidyl inositol metabolism is discussed light experimental findings obtained.
