摘要: The so-called neurointermediate lobe is composed of the intermediate and neural lobes pituitary. present immunohistochemical study investigated components basal lamina (laminin, agrin, perlecan), dystrophin–dystroglycan complex (dystrophin, β-dystroglycan, α1-dystrobrevin, β-dystrobrevin, utrophin, α1-syntrophin), aquaporins (aquaporin-4 -9). Glia markers (GFAP, S100, glutamine synthetase) connective tissue (collagen type I fibronectin) were also labeled. In neurohypophysis, immunostaining delineated meningeal invaginations. these invaginations, vessels seen to penetrate organ without submerging into its parenchyma. On parenchymal side β-dystroglycan was detected, whereas utrophin detected in walls vessels. Immunostaining α1-dystrobrevin α1-syntrophin did not delineate cells fully immunoreactive α1-syntrophin, contours cells. GFAP-immunoreactive processes surrounded them. Aquaporin-4 localized at periphery mainly adjacent but along It colocalized only partially with GFAP all α1-syntrophin. Aquaporin-9 detected. These results emphasize possibility that localize differently raise question about roles dystrobrevins, aquaporin-4 functions lobes, respectively. (J Histochem Cytochem 58:463–479, 2010)
