摘要: The IU characteristic curve of a photovoltaic module is affected by shadows, depending on the shaded area PV module, and radiation received areas. Another factor in shape I-V configuration electrical connection between its cells bypass diodes. Bypass diodes are installed modules to prevent power consumption when they or damaged; also from working near avalanche zone. This paper examines performance array. A array consists connected them. Particularly, with overlapped analysed, showing that totally partially can consume some generated other effect present low arrays. In these cases, dissipated diode small; but if there many diodes, all be comparable produced various modules. Additionally, this article deals influence inverter MPP tracking.
