A Critical Review of Quality Assurance Practices for Land Economics, Construction Management and Quantity Surveying Education at Makerere University in Uganda

摘要: This paper critically reviews Bachelor of Science degree programmes in Land Economics (BScLE), Construction Management (BScCM) and Quantity Surveying (BScQS) offered by the Department (DCEM) at Makerere University Uganda their curriculum quality assurance practices order to meet industry requirements. Teaching relevant course content, employment highly qualified experienced academics, implementation high assessments, evaluation lecturers subjects, receiving student feedback, prioritization research output publications, creation strong ties, provision good learning teaching facilities are main implemented DCEM graduate professionals. In addition, University’s management gave adequate support implement ensure that property construction education is delivered students as well internationally. Findings this study review will promotion universities internationally prepared professionals continuously produced for industry. The work also forms part contribution strengthening tertiary management.
