摘要: The treatment of mitral valve disease remains dynamic; surgeons and patients must now choose between many different surgical options when addressing regurgitation stenosis. Notably, advances in imaging instrumentation allow to perform less invasive surgery that spares the sternum. With favorable long-term data emerging, we compare benefits risks thoracoscopic with through conventional sternotomy or is robot-assisted.
