摘要: Abstract This paper describes work with parents mental illnesses and their baby. The family was referred to a Child Adolescent Mental Health Service by the health visitor who concerned about issues of bonding. family, already receiving much help from several agencies, agreed contract for limited piece work. therapist's task share observations understanding four-month-old girl's mind her unfolding relationship in here-and-now sessions. parental disturbances inevitably were played out addressed an alternating dialogue both infant. splits, projections countertransference aspects working these are highlighted.
