摘要: Abstract Objective The present study was undertaken as a part of continuing search for proteomic based approaches the diagnosis ovarian cancers. Methods comprised four groups women with: i): malignant cysts, ii) benign iii): breast cancer (positive controls) and, iv) healthy females (negative controls). Serum and cystic fluids were processed gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). follicular fluid estradiol testosterone concentrations measured by ELISA. Results Proteomics analysis revealed presence uniquely expressed protein with MW 35 kDa in serum patients cysts. On other hand 100 kDa not whereas it differentially three groups. Although mean values levels discernibly higher cysts compared to those positive negative controls, difference significant. Mean significantly aspirated from that Conclusions Taken together these data indicate may serve specific biomarker differential cancer. However, much larger sample subjects is required validate confirm findings.
