摘要: In the contemporary changing ICT environment, an increasing number of services and devices are being developed brought to end-user market. Unfortunately, this environment is also characterized by failing innovations; confronting scholars, policy makers as well industry with explicit need for more accurate user research. Such research must result in predictions forecasts innovation's potential, a basis efficient business planning strategy implementation. However, success new technology not only depending on adoption decision people actually buying it, but relies at least much its actual usage.
