摘要: This work presents experimental and analytical results of a comparison dry flood turning in terms dimensional accuracy surface finish turned parts. Subsequently, the influence independent input parameters on characteristics is investigated order to optimize their effects. Three techniques—traditional analysis, Pareto ANOVA, Taguchi method—are employed. Hardened alloy steel AISI 4340 has been selected as material. The show that for certain combinations cutting parameters, produced better compared by turning. Therefore, future, it will be possible develop system through modelling cooling process capable predicting situations where beneficial. reduce application frequency fluids avoiding unnecessary applications and, consequently, negative impact environment.
