Girard reagent purification coupled with hollow-fiber-based stirring liquid microextraction followed by HPLC with diode array detection for determination of naphthoquinones in Qing Long Yi

摘要: Naphthoquinones all with carbonyl groups may react the Girard reagent (GR) to form a water-soluble substance called hydrazone and then these denatured naphthoquinones can recover lipid solubility transferred layer of organic solvents under acidic conditions, which differ from other compositions. Making use this property, GR purification coupled hollow-fiber-based stirring liquid microextraction (HF-SLME) has been developed as preconcentration technique for in QLY. Related parameters affecting both structural conversion dispersive extraction procedures such reaction time, amount catalyst, type solvent, pH course, time speed were investigated optimized. The extracts subsequently analyzed by high performance chromatography diode array detector (HPLC-DAD). LODs ranged 0.028 0.043 μg mL−1. linear regressions acquired r > 0.9995. recovery studies quantified compounds observed range 79.19–102.02%. RSDs less than 3.46%. experimental results indicated that novel was crucial improve resolution analyte peaks reduce interference background components.
