摘要: The possibility of using microsatellite primers developed in Bovidae to amplify markers Cervidae was surveyed by 75 primer sets bovine, ovine or caprine origin analyse DNA from moose, red deer, reindeer and roe deer Scandinavia. On average for the four cervids, approximately 50% ovine/caprine pairs amplified a specific PCR product, compared only 16% bovine primers. Approximately both that product were polymorphic, giving 15 polymorphic 11 21 10 deer. Reindeer had higher proportion loci, more alleles per locus mean heterozygosity than other cervids.
