摘要: To elucidate the mechanisms of sudden death in prehospital phase acute myocardial infarction, records 84 patients with infarction transported by mobile coronary care unit Montgomery County, Maryland, were studied. Twenty (24 percent) had bradycardia, 10 receiving no pharmacologic therapy other than narcotic drugs. All 20 survived transportation and hospitalization, whereas 7 64 without bradycardia died. Ten (12 systolic blood pressure values 90 mm Hg or less, was an associated finding five. Thus, a suburban-metropolitan population United States, occurs frequently during infarction. Although overall incidence hypotension is low time patient calls for medical aid, not uncommon bradycardia. The therapeutic implications these observations depend on elucidation natural history presence absence hypotension.
