摘要: The syntheses of poly-l-arginyl and poly-l-histidyl RNase are described. Poly-l-arginyl was obtained by guanidisation poly-l-ornithyl RNase, which, in turn, prepared from native reacting it with δ,N-trifluoroacetyl-α,N-carboxy-l-ornithine anhydride, subsequent removal the trifluoroacetyl groups piperidine. Derivatives enriched up to 71 arginine residues were studied. Poly-l-histidyl reaction unprotected N-carboxy-l-histidine anhydride hydrochloride. 22 histidine per molecule obtained.
