摘要: The activities of some digestive enzymes were investigated in Eurasian perch Perca fluviatilis larvae fed live preys during the first month life. Activities pancreatic and intestinal displayed a pattern characteristic developing animals. Pancreatic efficient at time hatching. Trypsin amylase specific increased developmental days, then decreased even though segmental continuously as grew. increase chymotrypsin activity was proportional to fish growth. From day 21 after hatching end experiment, strong alkaline phosphatase, leucine-aminopeptidase N, maltase γ-glutamyl transpeptidase reflected development brush border membranes enterocytes. This phenomenon occurred concurrently with decrease cytosolic enzyme, leucine-alanine peptidase. These opposite patterns indicate maturation enterocytes acquisition an adult mode digestion within live.
