摘要: Bisphenol A (BPA) is an industrial pollutant considered as one of the major endocrine-disrupting chemicals found in natural waters. In present study, use a commercial, air-stable, zero-valent iron (ZVI) powder, consisting Fe surface stabilized nanoparticles was examined for treatment 20 mg/L, aqueous BPA solutions. The influence pH (3, 5, 7), addition hydrogen peroxide (HP) and persulfate (PS) oxidants (0.0, 1.25 2.5 mM) well temperature (25 50 °C) studied with 1 g/L ZVI. ZVI coupled HP or PS provided effective system, which based on rapid ZVI-mediated decomposition above-mentioned oxidants, resulting complete significant total organic carbon (TOC) (88%) removals, particular when employed oxidant. Increasing concentration reaction dramatically enhanced removal rates, whereas not very TOC removals at elevated temperatures. According to bioassays conducted Vibrio fischeri Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata , acute toxicity fluctuated first but decreased appreciably end ZVI/PS treatment.
