摘要: PIK3CA has been shown to be involved in many malignant tumors. This study was designed deter- mine the expression level of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and association gene poly- morphisms with OSCC Chinese population. The detected by real-time PCR tumor pericarcinomatous tissues 10 patients. Nine single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) (rs1607237, rs17849079, rs2677764, rs2699887, rs4855094, rs4975596, rs6443624, rs7651265 rs7736074) blood 113 patients 184 normal controls were genotyped using matrix-assisted laser de- sorption/ionization time flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) assay. sig - nificantly higher than that (P = 0.012). An increased frequency C allele rs1607237 observed as compared controls; However, significance lost after Bonferroni correction 0.048, p c 0.576). In further stratification analysis, al though frequencies rs4975596 A male female 0.032, P 0.020, respectively), also missing when performed 0.384, 0.24, respectively). prevalence other SNPs did not differ between controls. tumors; however, none nine tested associated susceptibility studied
