摘要: CELLULAR immune responses are thought to be mediated by effector cells that result from antigen stimulated proliferation and differentiation of thymus-derived lymphocytes (T cells)1. The primary rejection histo-incompatible grafts is a choice example this cell-mediated type immunity. Although bone marrow-derived antibody-producing (B cells) may function in secondary or hyperimmune responses, the development specific mechanisms predominantly thymus dependent2. proliferative lymphocyte-borne histocompatibility antigens vitro also involve mainly thymus-dependent cells3,4, although several studies with mixtures allogeneic culture (mixed lymphocyte reaction; MLR) have indicated B capable responding3–9. stimulus proliferate can antigenic determinants carried both T cells5,10. One question arises, then, whether not there exists preferential interaction between mixtures. identity predominant cell types normal peripheral lymphoid tissues interact give response has been determined. Knowledge involved MLR, lead greater understanding any immunological implications reaction present.
