摘要: Achieving food security in a context of environmental sustainability is one the main challenges XXI century. Two competing strategies to achieve this goal are use genetically modified plants and plant growth promoting microorganisms (PGPMs). However, few studies assess response PGPMs. The aim study was compare over-expressing vacuolar H+-PPase (AVP) wild-type rice types endophytic fungus; Piriformospora indica. Oryza sativa (WT AVP) were inoculated with P. indica 30 days later, morphological, ecophysiological bioenergetic parameters, nutrient content assessed. AVP WT heights strongly influenced by inoculation indica, which also promoted increases fresh dry matter shoot both genotypes. This may be related stimulatory effect on especially photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intrinsic water efficiency carboxylation efficiency. there differences between genotypes concerning physiological mechanisms leading biomass increment. In plants, stimulated all H+ pumps. stimulated, but P- V-ATPases inhibited. Fungal enhanced uptake shoots roots compared uninoculated plants; among genotypes, lower than plants. These results clearly demonstrate that symbiosis did not benefit those inefficient colonization fungus transgenic demonstrating an incompatibility symbiosis, needs further studied.
