摘要: Binding of catecholamines to the beta-adrenergic receptor results in activation adenylate cyclase and intracellular formation adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate (cAMP). In past 20 years events that lead from hormone binding at cell surface site synthesis cAMP inner layer membrane have been intensively studied. Signal transduction this system involves sequential interaction with guanine nucleotide-binding protein (Gs) catalyst (C). The mechanism signal through Gs C, as well role inhibitory G Gi, is discussed.
