摘要: Abstract In the present study, a highly sensitive and specific TaqMan real-time PCR was developed to quantify white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) infections in wild broodstock hatchery-reared postlarvae of fleshy shrimp, Fenneropenaeus chinensis . A total 159 individuals F. brooders from 3 locations were captured 210 (PL 1–8 ) obtained seven commercial hatcheries 2007 South Korea. The WSSV broodstocks showed wide range, 0 2.28 × 10 6 (with mean 1.50 × 10 4 copies ng − 1 DNA. Out assayed, 39 (24.5%) negative 120 (75.5%) positive; 153 (96.2%) less than 100 (mean 10.2 copies), 111 (69.8%) 10 only (3.8%) high with range 2.36 × 10 2 postlarvae, 2.6 713.6 220) g DNA observed. copy number 7.9 × 10 5 , which equivalent 8.5 × 10 mg weight. 87.1% positive except for two (H H 7 ), all other five positive. Even same hatchery, especially infection resulting higher hatcheries. There 34.3% assayed study that very low infection, Based on our results, it is recommended pre-screen or larvae selective breeding, stocking production systems stock enhancement.
