摘要: A novel enhanced enzyme-linked aptamer assay (ELAA) for the detection of zearalenone (ZEN) was developed based on gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) modified with an and horseradish peroxidase (HRP). In this assay, used as a recognition probe to competitively bind coated ZEN-BSA microplate ZEN in samples. AuNPs high surface areas were carrier immobilize more amounts HRP labelled probe, which can amplify colorimetric signal by enhancing catalysis enzyme compared traditional method. Under optimal conditions, ELAA presented good linearity range 0.1–160 ng mL−1 limit 0.08 detection. addition, had no cross reactivity other mycotoxins showed recoveries spiked corn oil These results indicated that AuNP provided new approach simplicity, sensitivity specificity foodstuff.
