摘要: Existing conventional model for analysis of shallow water flow just assumed the internal boundary condition as free-slip, which resulted in wrong prediction about velocity, vorticity, level, shear stress distribution, and time variation drag lift force around a structure. In this study, finite element that can predict characteristics structure accurately was developed conditions were generalized partial slip using length concept. Laminar behind circular cylinder analyzed by varying conditions. The simulation results (1) variations longitudinal transverse velocities, vorticity;(2) wake length;(3) vortex shedding phenomena length;(4) mass conservation showed had never observed laminar like creeping motion occurred under free-slip condition. Assignment changed velocity distribution on surface influenced magnitude occurrence vorticity so period reduced compared with case no maximum error condition, value 0.73%, there 0.21% reduction changing from to
