摘要: Abstract A monolayer TiAlSiN coating and multilayer nano-coating were deposited on an ISO P30 cemented carbide substrate, their mechanical properties fracture mechanisms investigated by indentation scratch tests. Mechanical models of proposed optimized according to the results numerical simulations, it was found that these could contribute quantitative analysis stresses. The tensile stresses at middle two adjacent corners along edge be lower than those coating, which decrease possibility fracturing coating. crack initiation propagation in cross-sections coatings observed using a dual-beam focused ion beam (FIB) machine slot-cut indentations, analyzed. These cracks propagated perpendicularly interface so fractures mainly caused stress. With nano-coating, orientation same area inclined angle rather perpendicular interface, possibly due combination stress shear between layers.
