DIVERSITY OF THE UTILITY AND BIOLOGICAL VALUE OF FRUITS OF SOME SWEET PEPPER CULTIVARS

摘要: Consumer attractiveness and the usefulness for food processing of sweet pepper are determined by fruits quality values. The large weight, thick pericarp intensive color at physiological ripeness as well share to fruit weight most important. Such cultivars now available in Poland. These adopted growing less favourable environmental conditions they reveal high sta- bility. aim this study was evaluate open field yielding comparing utility biological value seven adapted under favorable terms fresh vegetables market consumption processing. highest average marketable yield achieved from 'Caryca F1' cv., which larger comparison 'Roberta 'Jova' cvs. remaining not significantly different F1'cv. Evaluated showed a great diversity their fruits. 'Mino' cv. distinguished largest while pericarp. fruit, thickness edible parts shown view assessed parameters L-ascorbic acid were contained F1', 'Robertina', 'Corrida extract
