摘要: 400V DC power supply architecture for data center has been demonstrated to possess superior efficiency, density and reliability compared with traditional ac architecture. A three-phase AC/DC converter is needed as the front rectifier convert 380V AC voltage voltage. To achieve buck-boost conversion electrical isolation well, this paper proposes a single-stage Y-Δ transformer. It achieves unity factor, high-frequency isolation, adjustable output structure. guarantee voltage-second balance of transformer, modified SVPWM algorithm proposed. The operation principles are presented specifically. verify theoretical analysis, 3kW prototype based on proposed was built in lab. And experimental results show good characteristics well.
