摘要: The term corporate social and environmental responsibility (CSER) is gaining popularity with some studies attempting to escape narrow definitions of responsibility. This paper aims develop a model that illustrates how various external, sector-specific internal influences for CSER are interpreted, then shaped into action at the level firm. Using an in-depth case study approach, this applied one firm — Scandinavian Airlines (SAS). Developing understanding figurative black box SAS's motivations contributes unlocking reasons why corporations choosing (or not) commit CSER. If these known, they can be used appropriate mechanisms ensure important aspect company's decision-making regime. Findings provide further evidence cannot looked in isolation sectoral cultural contexts. Secondly, it was seen catalysts lens through which sees interprets have impact its commitment
