摘要: This invention provides a method for measuring the concentration of urinary trypsin inhibitors which is excellent in precision and reproducibility, whose operation simple, possibility damaging plastic cell eliminated. The comprises mixing an urine sample, protease solution containing trypsin, buffer solution, adding substrate to mixture cause enzyme reaction, activity enzyme, wherein prepared so that it contains at least 0.15 μmol calcium per 1 μg but no more than 100 ml sample reaction mixture, by dissolving organic solvent diluting with aqueous medium, one amphoteric surfactant nonionic added medium.
