Image encoding and decoding method and apparatus using texture synthesis

摘要: Provided is an image encoding/decoding method and apparatus. In the encoding method, a portion of texture region included in current picture selected as sample for synthesizing only encoded place region, thereby improving compression efficiency with respect to thus entire image.
