摘要: An apparatus for the continuous production of clear sodium silicate solution with an SiO 2 :Na O weight ratio 1-2.8:1 by fusing sand in aqueous hydroxide using a pressure-sealed circulating suspension reactor having upper portion comprising partially tapered gravity thickener and lower cylindrical jet loop mixer. The mixer has concentric insertion tube suspended therein, recirculating power nozzle is upwardly directed through bottom so that its stream into end tube, causing circulation flow.
