摘要: Recognition of the significant advantages minimizing surgical trauma has resulted in development minimally invasive procedures. Endoscopic surgery offers patients benefits surgery, and robots have enhanced ability precision surgeons. Consequently, technological advances facilitated totally endoscopic robotic cardiac which allowed surgeons to operate endoscopically rather than through a median sternotomy during surgery. Thus, repairs for structural heart conditions, including mitral valve plasty, atrial septal defect closure, multivessel direct coronary artery bypass grafting (MIDCAB), graft (CABG), can be endoscopic. Robot-assisted as is reviewed.
