摘要: Organizational and Technological changes in Israeli universities are taking place without a clear well-planned model for managing those changes. Universities must adapt to daunting social educational challenges, which technology is playing bigger role than ever before. The we propose implementing knowledge management strategies achieving change at order facilitate university's transformation. By doing that, establishing well planned mechanism large-scale technological changes, previously non-existent, devising new based on existing processes the organizational environmental practices.
